Delete your Folio AI account
Folio AI, provided by Quantus Labs Ltd, lets you permanently delete your account and the data associated with it. You can delete it in the app or send us a request if you cannot access your account.
Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest option. You must be signed in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Folio AI and sign in.
- Open the Account tab.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion.
The deletion starts immediately and you will be signed out. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your Folio AI account. Use the subject “Folio AI account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted with your account
The following account-linked data is deleted within 30 days after your account is closed:
- Profile, account and authentication information
- Organization, product, catalogue, list and store information
- Uploaded and AI-generated images, videos and text content
- AI conversations, saved work and other account-linked activity
- Subscription entitlement and AI credit records linked to the account
Data that may be retained
- Backup copies may be retained for technical and security purposes for up to 90 days.
- Fully anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely.

Deleting your Folio AI account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play. To prevent future renewals, cancel it first in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
